4.A Buddies :>

Summer's finally here and it's the perfect time to arrange reunions and speaking of that, my boyf's senior classmate which is my friend as well organize a get together with the whole gang. They invited me to join in and so I bond with them. It was my first time though and I can't help but feel shy that's why I wasn't able to get along with them that much. Despite me being an outcast or shall I say "extra" in their outing, they warmly welcomed me so I may not feel being left out. They're really good and funny. Such a happy gang, no dull moments. Unfortunately, I have to leave them early because my dad's too strict. I have to follow the 6pm curfew as much as possible. Anyway here are some of the photos captured during the outing. Run for Home

Globe Run for Home is the annual fun run for a cause organized by Globe Telecom which aims to raise funds for a group of beneficiaries whose causes are geared towards building sustainable shelter for the less fortunate. Globe Run for Home 2012 aims to raise funds for the beneficiaries of Cebu Biodiversity and Conservation Foundation, Gawad Kalinga, Habitat for Humanity and the Philippine Tarsier Foundation.

As a run enthusiast, my boyfriend instantly joined the run in 5K category. Approximately, it's his 8th run and for the past 7 sprints he has joined I was not with him since I am not a fan of running due also to my asthmatic condition. This time, I decided to come with him during the dash and really enjoyed it. Though I didn't join in the run but by simply seeing him do the things he really is passionate of is an enough reason to be there and support him. It's not easy to run a 5 kilometer distance especially when he's quite chubby but that didn't hinder him from doing the things he really love and that made me so proud of him. I'll support him all the way for this. Even if it'll take me to wake up at 3am to awake him and be with him every single dash he has to run, then I'll be more willing to do it. That is, to make him feel how a proud girlfriend I am to him and compassionate to support him in every run he has to go through. :)

So last Sunday, that was March 18, 2012 we headed to the South Side and visited Simala. After almost 2 hours of travel we arrived there almost 10am and thank God for the very fine weather. Simala is one of the most visited places in the province of Cebu and a huge wave of people welcomed us. We ended at exactly 12noon and immediately ate our lunch. We were supposed to go to Barili after however, everyone's seems to be tired so we went home instead. Sad thing is, not a lot of pictures were taken. :( Next time, next time!
